TURKEY SALAD WITH PITA BREAD 
2 1/4 c. bite sized cubes turkey breast (3/4 lb.)
3/4 c. sour half and half
2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 sm. cucumber, thinly sliced (1 c.)
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced (1 c.)
8 sm. cherry tomatoes, halved
8 sm. mushrooms, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves
4 pita breads, 6 1/2 inch diameter, halved

Blend sour half and half, dill weed and salt. Toss with turkey, cucumber, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms. Serve on lettuce with pita bread. Or line pita bread halves with lettuce and fill with turkey mixture and serve as a sandwich. 4 servings.
