BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. or more grated cheese

Combine chicken, eggs, celery, almonds, salt, onion and lemon juice in bowl. Fold in mayonnaise. Pour into greased casserole; top with potato chips and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes or until salad is bubbly and cheese is melted.
