BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 to 5 whole chicken breasts cooked and cubed 2 c. sliced celery 1 c. mayonnaise (a little more may be necessary to thoroughly moisten ingredients) 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted 2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tsp. grated onion 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese 1 c. crushed potato chips or LaChoy Chow Mein Noodles (optional) Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon lightly in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then potato chips or noodles. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
