1/2 lb. butter 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. finely chopped pecans Soften butter. Mix and sift flour, salt and pepper together. Mix cheese with butter, then add flour mixture. Add Rice Krispies, pecans and sesame seeds. Roll into small balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes. |
