4 c. sugar
1 lg. can condensed milk
1/3 c. butter
13 oz. dipping chocolate
2 pkgs. chocolate chips
2 c. nut meats
Vanilla
1 jar marshmallow

Combine first three ingredients. Boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Stir in chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow and vanilla. Beat then add nuts. Spread in buttered pan. Use a large pan (broiler pan).
