FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chocolate graham crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter

Melt peanut butter and butter. Mix and press into 9" greased pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Chill.

FILLING:

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. crushed peanut brittle
1/2 c. peanut butter

Layer soft ice cream, peanut brittle and soft peanut butter. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

SAUCE:

2 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tps. vanilla

Heat, stirring. Serve warm over pie.
