RED ROOSTER PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip
9 oz. chocolate or graham cracker crust
Chocolate sauce

Cream together cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
