APPLE BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine in a bowl and set aside. 2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. apples, peeled, cored, coarsely chopped 1 c. broken walnuts

In large mixing bowl combine, then stir into flour mixture. Add walnuts (if desired) and mix.

Divide mixture between two greased 8x4 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until breads test done. Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pans. Batter is very thick.
