CABBAGE GOULASH 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chili powder
Garlic salt to taste
Hot pepper (opt.)
10 c. chopped cabbage

Brown sausage and beef; drain. Add onion and all other ingredients. Mix well and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
