CABBAGE GOULASH 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, liquid reserved
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper (optional)
10 c. shredded cabbage

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
