ITALIAN SWISS STEAK 
2-3 lbs. round steak, cut into serving size
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. can tomatoes with juice
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Flour meat and season with salt and pepper. Brown well in butter. Simmer and add tomatoes. Cook until almost done (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours), then add onion and pepper the last 30 minutes of cooking time.

Just before serving, add cheese and cover until it melts.
