8 frozen sirloin tip chipped steaks
2 eggs
1 c. Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Oil

Combine bread crumbs and cheese in flat style bowl. Beat eggs in another flat style bowl. Dip frozen steaks into eggs and then into crumb mixture. Heat oil in skillet and fry steaks quickly until brown.
