OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. syrup (white)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
1 c. salted peanuts (optional)
8-10 c. popped corn

Boil for 5 minutes the first 5 ingredients. Stir in soda and flavorings. Pour onto popcorn. Put on cookie sheets in shallow layers and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add peanuts with corn, if desired.
