CHEESECAKE FONDUE 
1/2 c. half and half
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. fresh lemon peel
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash nutmeg
Angel food cake cubes, sponge cake cubes or strawberries to dip

Heat the half and half until simmering. Cut cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and add slowly. Stir until blended. Add sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve in fondue pot. Dip in cubes of cake or fresh strawberries.

I found it missing something, even after adding extra lemon it lacked flavour. I served it with mini cinnamon rolls, ginger snaps, blueberry pound cake, strawberries and apple slices.
