#2 can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. whipping cream or 9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Don't drain pineapple. Mix pineapple, sugar and water in saucepan. Boil this 5 minutes. Stir in Jello. Chill until it starts to jell. Fold in Cool Whip, cheese and nuts.
