BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. sour cream or milk
3 bananas, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Measure flour into sifter with salt, baking powder and soda. Sift into first mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 5 x 10 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour.
