BANANA - ORANGE SLUSH 
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (10 oz.) jar Maraschino cherries
3 bananas, peeled & sliced
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Stir occasionally. Freeze overnight until firm. Remove 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Should be slushy. Garnish with mint leaves. Yields 2 quarts.
