ITALIAN VEGETABLES 
1 c. sliced onions, sauteed in 3 tbsp. butter
4 c. fine cut and peeled zucchini
2-3 tomatoes, cut in pieces

Sprinkle Italian dry salad dressing mix over vegetables. Stir and simmer until done, serve as is or put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes, uncovered and serve.
