ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix fudge marble cake mix as directed on box. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. In separate bowl, mix well Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spoon cheese mixture on top of unbaked cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Icing: Mix 1 small box instant chocolate pudding as directed on box but using only 1 cup milk. Add this to 9 ounces Cool Whip; mix well. Store iced cake in cool place.
