JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. Jello (I like to use strawberry)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
1 sm. tub Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese

Prepare Jello according to directions (using the pineapple juice). Let Jello thicken slightly. Mix together pineapple, Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Fold into Jello. Pour into molds and refrigerate. (Makes 2 tupperware molds.)
