1 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 1/8 tsp. salt Powdered sugar Beat butter until creamy. Add vanilla and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Combine flour, pecans and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool; roll in powdered sugar 3 times. |
