BARBECUED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. seasoned flour

Pound into steak. Brown in 2 tablespoons shortening. Blend 1 can tomato soup with 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/3 cup chopped celery, 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce & lemon juice and 2 teaspoons prepared mustard.

Pour soup mixture over steak in casserole. Cover and bake in slow oven about 1 1/2 hours. Baste once or twice. Serves 6 or less. Have used recipe for 40 years.
