BARBECUED STEAK 
3 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut steak into serving pieces. Pour oil in skillet, brown steak on both sides. Transfer steak to roasting pan. Add onion to skillet, brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer in skillet for about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over steak in roasting pan. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is tender. Around 2 hours. Yield 10 servings.
