BEEF B B Q 
2 1/2 lb. hamburger
6 onions, cut fine
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. Crisco

SAUCE:

3/4 bottle ketchup
1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle water
2 tsp. mustard
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Fry salt and peppered hamburger with onions and celery in the shortening. Fry until the meat changes color. It must be fried well done.

In a large pot, make sauce. When meat is done, combine in the large pot and simmer for about an hour, or put in the oven at 250 degrees for about an hour. This makes about 20-22 barbecues.
