CHEESE VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrot combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. American cheese, grated
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
1 (2 1/2 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions. Pour in one quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more. Serves 6.
