BEER BISCUITS 
4 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. beer, room temp.
Melted butter to brush on top

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Combine biscuit mix, sugar and beer in mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Turn dough onto a floured surface. Roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut with 3" biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Brush top of biscuits with melted butter. Yield: 12 (3") biscuits.
