CHICKEN BREAST MANDALAY 
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. wine
1 (5 oz.) jar baby packed apricots
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce

Skin breast and cut in half. Mix flour, salt, and curry powder. Dust chicken in the mixture. Brown chicken in oil. Put in baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients into pan drippings; pour over chicken. Bake covered at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
