CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 - 3 oz pkg. any flavor jello (can use sugar free)
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. or 6 oz fresh cranberries
1 lg. orange peeled
1 apple cored
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Grind cranberries, orange and apple in food processor. Add to warm jello with walnuts and pineapple. Chill until firm.
