5 FRUIT CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 lg. oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (about 3 cups)
1 c. dark seedless raisins
1/2 c. sugar

About 1 1/2 hours before serving or day ahead: cut each unpeeled orange into 8 pieces; discard any seeds. Cut pineapple chunks and pear halves into 1/2 inch pieces. In food processor with knife blade attached, blend oranges and cranberries until coarsely chopped. Pour into large bowl.

Stir in raisins, sugar, pineapple, and pear pieces. cover relish and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 8 cups (about 55 calories per 1/4 cup).
