1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Flour, enough to batter is cake like

Mix all ingredients except flour. Add flour to mixture until batter pours like cake batter. Bake on ungreased round 8 x 9 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can swirl lemon pudding in batter before baking and/or make and add cake crumbs.
