PEACH MACAROON DESSERT 
20 peach halves
2 1/4 c. sweet sherry
20 almond macaroons, crumbled
2 1/2 tbsp. grated orange & lemon rind, mixed
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain peach halves and place in baking dish, cavity sides up. Mix macaroons with fruit rind and juice; spoon into each peach. Pour sherry over peaches and heat in oven for 7-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold, spooning some of the sherry onto each. Top with whipped cream.
