ITALIAN CALZONE
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 c. butter
2-3 dashes garlic juice
1/4 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
1/2 lb. smoked turkey breast, cut in thin slices
1/2 lb. ham, cut in thin slices
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 c. chopped, pitted black olives
Meatless spaghetti sauce; optional, heated

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll dough to a 10 x 14 inch rectangle; in a small bowl, combine butter, garlic juice, and herbs. Spread 1/2 of mixture over dough. Top 1/2 of dough with layers of turkey, ham, and cheese; sprinkle with olives. Fold uncovered side of dough over filling; press edges to seal. Brush top and sides of calzone with remaining butter mixture. Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. To serve, cut across into thick slices. Serve with spaghetti sauce if desired. Makes 304 servings.
