CHICKEN BISCUITS 
1 recipe Buttermilk Biscuits
1 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken

Roll the dough to a round sheet 1/4-inch thick. Cover with chopped chicken. Roll as a jelly roll and slice into pieces 1-inch thick. Place on greased sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F. Serve with chicken broth, thickened to make gravy.
