GARLIC DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. half and half
Seasoned salt
Pepper

Mince a large clove of garlic into a bowl of cream cheese which has been brought to room temperature. Add cream, seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in refrigerator several hours. Serve as a dip with chips.
