CURRIED CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
2 apples, green, peppin or gold, peeled and chopped finely
1/2 onion, chopped fine
Boneless chicken breast, skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. half & half cream

Melt butter in the frying pan and saute the curry powder, apple, and onion. Add to it the soup diluted with the cream. Lightly salt the chicken and spread it out in a shallow buttered baking dish. Pour the sauce over it, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
