HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
2 lb. hot sausage
1 chopped onion
32 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hot sausage and chopped onion. Drain. Mix with Velveeta cheese. Add Rotel and mushroom soup. Heat in crockpot until cheese is melted. Serve with chips or vegetables.
