PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. Canada Dry club soda 3 whole eggs 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Mix cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, oil, nuts and club soda. Blend 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes in pan. FROSTING: 1 lg. pkg. Dream Whip 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix 1 c. + 1 tbsp. milk Mix at high speed until of spreading consistency. Spread on cool cake. |
