PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE AND ICING | |
1 box white cake mix 1 box pistachio instant pudding 1 c. Crisco oil 1 c. 7-Up 3 eggs Mix all together. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake get cold before icing. ICING: 2 env. Dream Whip 1 1/2 c. milk 1 box instant pistachio pudding Coconut Chopped nuts Beat Dream Whip and milk 2 or 3 minutes. Add pudding. Beat until real thick. Spread on cold cake. Top with coconut and chopped nuts. |
