MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 can creamed corn
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 c. grated cheese, cheddar

Mix together all ingredients. Put in ungreased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
