CHICKEN SOPA 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 c. or more chopped cooked chicken
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can plain milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Saute onion in butter. Mix milk and soup. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer tortillas, chicken, onion, water chestnuts, cheese and 1/2 soup mix. Layer again and pour last 1/2 of soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May add canned mushrooms if desired.
