CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 c. half and half
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
3 to 4 oz. cans chopped chilies
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning. Beat half and half with eggs and flour until smooth. Rinse chilies and drain. Mix cheeses, reserve 1/2 cup for topping.

Make alternating layers starting with beef, then cheese, chilies and egg mixture. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until cooked in center.
