CHILIES RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole green chilies
2 eggs
2 tbsp. hot water
3-4 tbsp. flour
4-5 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Salt, pepper, cilantro (fresh), dill, hot pepper sauce

Open chilies, lay in glass baking dish, dot with cheese. Mix beaten eggs, water, flour and seasonings to taste. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves four.
