TIME - TO - SPARE RIBS 
1 (14x20") Reynolds oven cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs, trim fat

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in bag and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add barbecue sauce, onion and pepper. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut ribs in serving size pieces, place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in even layer. Close with nylon tie and make 6 slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
