EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 fryer, cut up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. regular rice, raw
1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
1 soup can of water

Sprinkle rice in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Combine soup and water. Pour over rice. Salt and pepper chicken. Place pieces over rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. Note: Good to sprinkle garlic powder lightly over chicken.
