EASY CHICKEN AND BROWN RICE 
1 (3 lb.) fryer
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Slice mushrooms
1 c. regular long grain white rice
1 tbsp. butter
Chopped onion
Chicken broth

Place chicken pieces in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice together. Pour over chicken and use to baste frequently while chicken cooks. Brown the rice in the butter. Season with a bit of chopped onion and mushrooms. Add twice as much chicken broth as rice. Place all in a separate casserole. Bake both dishes at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
