EASY ONION FLAVORED CHICKEN AND
RICE
 
1 frying size chicken, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can onion soup
1 can water
2 tbsp. butter

Put rice in baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Mix onion soup and water and pour over chicken and rice. Dot with butter.

Place in preheated 350 to 400 degree F. oven. Bake about 1 hour, or until rice is tender. Do not add any salt as the onion soup is seasoning enough.
