1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Country Inn rice, any flavor
3 c. water
1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
1 chicken, cut up

Mix water and soup until blended. Put rice and seasoning packets in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place chicken in rice and pour soup mixture over all. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
