SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
4 c. cooked cabbage
1 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Grease baking dish. Put in layers of cabbage and tomatoes, season, and sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Dot top layer of bread crumbs with butter. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (About 6 servings)
