SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
3 c. chopped steamed cabbage
3 tbsp.melted butter
2/3 c. cracker crumbs

Melt butter; add flour and milk. Cook over low fire. Add seasoning and steamed cabbage. Pour into a shallow baking dish (13x9). Cover cabbage with butter soaked cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
