HONEY GLAZED DRUMSTICKS (GOOD
HOT OR COLD)
 
1/3 c. white wine
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce (not LaChoy)
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dry
1/2 tsp. dry thyme
4 tbsp. honey

Marinate chicken (skinned) drumsticks about 4 to 5 hours. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Drain and save marinade. Place drumsticks on broiler pan and brush with marinade. Place in oven and bake 1/2 hour or until done, baste with marinade every 10 minutes.
